      Prevent ordering from wrong suppliers: indicate specific suppliers per outlet

      To prevent outlets from ordering at the wrong suppliers, you can select the suppliers this outlet can order from in Apicbase. In this article, we explain how.

      • First, go to the outlet settings.

      • Select "Edit Outlet settings" in the correct outlet.

      • A new window will open. Select the tab "Procurement". Here, you can select the  suppliers for this outlet.

      • Click on "Save", "Save and (...continue editing, ...go to outlet grid)"
      • The selected suppliers will now only automatically shown when creating a purchase order. You will now only see the items of the selected suppliers when making a new order. Need more info on how to create an order? Read everything about creating orders in this support article.
