How to hide prices from the orders sent to suppliers

To avoid price conflicts with your supplier, you can hide prices on a library level setting , that will apply to all suppliers when sending orders via email (this is will not affect integrated suppliers).

How to "hide price" for supplier

Go to library settings
Stay in "General Settings" - look for "Procurement"

Click on the box "Hide prices on the order emails"

By default, you can still see all prices when creating the order:

When this setting is switched off ( box is checked), the order page that is emailed to a supplier will not show any pricing column or pricing information anymore for that library.

Of course, the export to csv or Excel will also not include any pricing info when the setting to show prices is switched off.
