VHC Kreko

Easily connect your VHC Kreko account to Apicbase for smooth, integrated ordering. Kreko does not provide automated product data, so customers manage their own assortments directly in Apicbase.

1. General Information

  • Scope: The integration between VHC Kreko and Apicbase enables you to send orders directly from Apicbase to VHC Kreko. Please note that assortment automation is not included — product information, article numbers, and pricing must be maintained by the customer inside Apicbase.

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment Type:  Customer-managed (no automated sync). Because VHC Kreko does not send automated product files, Apicbase will not sync your catalogue. You remain in full control of your product list.
  • Assortment Management: You will manually manage your supplier articles in Apicbase.
    • Enter or update article numbers

    • Maintain prices

    • Maintain packaging information

    • Mark items as orderable/not orderable

  • Pricing: Managed by the customer. Prices added in Apicbase will be used when placing orders.

3. Ordering Details

VHC Kreko supports integrated ordering via their API.

  • Important to Note:
    • Kreko may partially accept or partially deliver orders.

    • Order confirmations or order statuses are not sent back to Apicbase.
    • If an issue occurs (e.g., out-of-stock, invalid product, incorrect customer number), Kreko contacts the customer directly.

To activate and get onboarded with this integration, please contact your CS Manager. They will guide you through the necessary steps to set up the integration.
