1. General Information

  • Scope: The Netherlands. The integration supports Q-Food customers operating in this region. There is no automated product catalogue synchronisation, so the assortment is fully customer-managed.

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment Type: No automated assortment sync. You will maintain your Q-Food product list manually in Apicbase.
  • Assortment Updates: Q-Food reviews and updates customer assortments twice per year and communicates changes via email. You as the customer are responsible for applying the updates in Apicbase.
  • Data management: Since the assortment is not automated with this integration you will still need to manage your ingredient details.
    • Q-Food article numbers are correct

    • Pricing is accurate

    • Customer/outlet numbers are configured correctly in Apicbase
