      Facility Trade Group (FTG)

      Facility Trade Group (FTG) is a supplier of non-food products for hospitality, catering, and retail businesses. They offer over 45,000 products, including cleaning supplies, disposables, hygiene products, and facility materials.

      1. General Information

      • Scope: Facility Trade Group (FTG) is a supplier of non-food products for hospitality, catering, and retail businesses. FTG services over 5,000 customers across the Netherlands.

      2. Product Assortment

      • Assortment type: Customer-specific, only the articles inside your contract with FTG, agreed with your account manager, will be available in Apicbase.
      • Syncing Frequency: we fetch the latest data of the assortment daily (6.00-8.00h CET).
      • Assortment information: FTG sends a customer-specific assortment to Apicbase. This assortment is built and managed on FTG’s side and can include both:

        • A shared customer catalogue, configured by FTG

        • Additional items manually added by the customer through wishlists in the FTG webshop

        • Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
      • Prices: as agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products, otherwise the standard price indicated by FTG.

        3. Ordering Details

        FTG allows ordering with the regular capabilities of a supplier integration.

        4. Onboarding

        To activate and get onboarded with this integration, please contact your CS Manager. They will guide you through the necessary steps to set up the integration.
