1. General Information
- Scope: The integration between Transgourmet Germany and Apicbase enables you to send orders from Apicbase directly to your Transgourmet webshop via OCI (Open Catalog Interface). This means you can start your order in Apicbase and finish it in the Transgourmet webshop — no manual data entry, no double work. Once the order is confirmed in the webshop, the shopping cart is automatically sent back to Apicbase, where it’s saved and processed.

2. Product Assortment

Assortment Type: Apicbase does not process customer-specific data such as custom assortments or prices automatically. However, this does not affect your ability to order. You will always see your full assortment, prices, and delivery dates directly in the Transgourmet webshop. When the order is placed in the webshop, the ingredient details and quantities are immediately moved into Apicbase, where you complete the order and the ingredients are added to your list.

Assortment Management: Items you order are added to Apicbase at the point of order. To add or remove articles from your webshop, contact your Account Manager at Transgourmet.
- Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.

Prices: Are agreed in your contract with Transgourmet and updated in Apicbase if the price changes the next time you place an order.

3. Ordering Details
Transgourmet allows ordering with the regular capabilities of a supplier integration.
You can:

Go to Procurement → Create Order in Apicbase.

Select Transgourmet as your supplier.

Click the OCI Webshop button to open Transgourmet’s portal.

Review your assortment, prices, and delivery options.

Complete and confirm your order.
Once submitted, the shopping cart is automatically sent back to Apicbase, where it is saved and processed. The ingredients are also then added to the list in Apicbase.

To activate and get onboarded with this integration, please contact your Customer Success Manager. They will guide you through the necessary steps to set up the integration.
