1. General Information

  • Scope: Booker is one of the major wholesale suppliers in the United Kingdom, offering food, beverages, disposables, and non-food items to restaurants, takeaways, retailers, and catering businesses. The integration between Booker and Apicbase enables you to send orders directly from Apicbase to Booker. Please note that assortment automation is not included — product information, article numbers, and pricing must be maintained by the customer inside Apicbase.

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment Type: Customer-managed (no automated sync). Because Booker does not send automated product files, Apicbase will not sync your catalogue. You remain in full control of your product list.
  • Assortment Management: You will manually manage your supplier articles in Apicbase.
    • Enter or update article numbers

    • Maintain prices

    • Maintain packaging information

    • Mark items as orderable/not orderable

  • Pricing: Managed by the customer. Prices added in Apicbase will be used when placing orders.
