Solution for missing Hanos products in Apicbase
Hanos has a way to share product data via what they call the 'positievoorstel'. This is a list of products linked to a customer number (debiteurnummer) and is maintained by the account manager/binnendienst from the delivery center.
The connection with Hanos shares this set of products with Apicbase on a daily basis. Now, in order to make sure all products come through, the following has to be true:
- The product needs to be part of the 'positievoorstel' that's linked to the customer number that needs to order this product.
- The product needs to have the status 'Hanos online' = 'ja'
- The product needs to have the status 'Basis assortiment' = 'ja'
- The product needs to have stock in the warehouse in order for it to come through. If it doesn't have stock it won't come through but also isn't orderable from the Hanos webshop.
If there is a products that's not visible in Apicbase, make sure to contact the delivery center (vestiging) about the specific products and make sure all the above points are checked.
* The positievoorstel can also be linked to multiple customer numbers and so if some delivery centers don't supply certain products of that positievoorstel, those won't come through in the connection.
