      Cuisin.io

      Cuisin.io is a digital platform that connects multiple premium food suppliers in the Netherlands to Apicbase. In this article, you will find relevant information on the integration between Cuisin.io and Apicbase.

      1. General Information

      • Region: Netherlands
      • Scope: Assortment and Ordering.  The integration between Cuisin.io and Apicbase supports multiple suppliers and enables you to send orders from Apicbase directly to them.
      • Suppliers currently supported:

        • Seafood Centre

        • MeatStreet

        • TasteTree

        • Jesse Delicatesse

        • V&S Horeca
        • Zeevisgroothandel N. Visser B.V.

      2. Product Assortment

      • Assortment type: Customer-specific, as defined and managed by the customer’s Account Manager at the supplier (e.g. Seafood Centre, MeatStreet, TasteTree, Jesse Delicatesse, V&S Horeca, Zeevisgroothandel N. Visser B.V.).
      • Syncing Frequency: We fetch the latest data of the assortment daily (6.00-8.00h CET).
      • Assortment Management: To modify your assortment (add or remove articles), please contact your supplier Account Manager. Only the Account Manager can make changes to the assortment that will come through the Cuisin.io integration.
        • Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
      • Prices: As agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products.

      3. Ordering Details

      Cuisin.io allows ordering with the regular capabilities of a supplier integration.
      You can create purchase orders in Apicbase and send them directly to the supported suppliers (see supported list above).

      4. Onboarding

      Account with Supported Supplier

      1. To activate and get onboarded with this integration, you must have an account with one of the supported suppliers listed above.
      2. Inform your supplier Account Manager that you are working with Apicbase and would like to activate the integration.
      3. Cuisin.io will provide Apicbase with your customer ID once the integration setup is complete. Your Apicbase Customer Success Manager (CSM) will add the integration details to your library and inform you when this is completed.

      Account with Cuisin.io

      1. If you have a Cuisin.io account you can reach out to your Cuisin.io account manager and they will be able to train you on adding items to your favorites and managing your assortment within the Cuisin.io environment.
