The Pass
The Pass is a live, 30 to 60-minute session held every Tuesday and Thursday, hosted by the Apicbase Customer Success team. Think of it as an open kitchen. A dedicated space where you can bring your most pressing questions, hear answers in real time, and walk away with practical solutions you can put to work immediately.
Why we created it
Over time, our Customer Success team noticed a pattern: many operators were running into the same challenges. Whether it was navigating recipe costing, syncing menus across locations, or getting the most out of inventory management, the questions kept coming up across industries, team sizes, and experience levels. The Pass was built to turn those recurring questions into shared learning moments.
What to expect
Every session is kept tight and focused, 30 to 60-minutes, no fluff. The Customer Success team walks through the most common questions they're hearing from operators right now, and you get to hear how others in the Apicbase community are solving the same problems you face. It's part Q&A, part peer learning, and entirely practical.
There's also real value in just listening. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know and hearing how another operator streamlined their supplier workflow or tightened their allergen labelling process can spark ideas you didn't know you needed.
