Supplierz is a Netherlands-based supplier of non-food products. This article explains how ordering from Supplierz works in Apicbase and what to expect from this supplier setup

1. General information

• Scope: Supplierz is a non-food supplier operating in the Netherlands. This setup does not include an automated supplier integration. Use this supplier if you order non-food items from Supplierz and want to create purchase orders in Apicbase that are sent by email.

2. Product assortment

• Assortment type: No automated assortment. Products must be created and maintained manually in Apicbase.
• Syncing frequency: Not applicable. There is no automatic synchronisation with Supplierz.
• Assortment management: Supplierz provides a product catalogue file that can be imported into Apicbase. Updates to products, prices, or packaging must be handled manually.
• Prices: Prices are managed manually in Apicbase and are not automatically updated.

3. Ordering details

Orders to Supplierz are sent by email from Apicbase.  There is no direct system-to-system ordering integration. Supplierz processes orders received at the agreed email address.

4. Onboarding

To onboard Supplierz, the following information is required:

1. Order email address

2. Customer number

   The debitor number used by Supplierz to identify the outlet

3. Product catalogue
   A product import file provided by Supplierz, which can be updated periodically
