2. Product assortment
- Assortment type: No automated assortment. Products must be created and maintained manually in Apicbase.
- Syncing frequency: Not applicable. There is no automatic synchronisation with Supplierz.
- Assortment management: Supplierz provides a product catalogue file that can be imported into Apicbase. Updates to products, prices, or packaging must be handled manually.
- Prices: Prices are managed manually in Apicbase and are not automatically updated.
Because there is no assortment automation, it is important to regularly review product data for accuracy.
3. Ordering details
Orders to Supplierz are sent by email from Apicbase. There is no direct system-to-system ordering integration. Supplierz processes orders received at the agreed email address.
