3. Ordering Details

With the Solucious integration, customers can send orders directly from Apicbase to the Solucious ERP system.
  1. Some items can only be ordered in predefined quantities (e.g., in packs of 6). Apicbase enforces this automatically
  2. Apicbase shows the Solucious price tier applied to a product, helping customers understand:
    1. Whether special prices or volume discounts apply
    2. How pricing differs across outlets
    3. Icons appear both in ingredient details and on the procurement screen.
  3. Before sending an order Apicbase checks
    1. Whether delivery is possible on the selected date for this customer
    2. Whether conditions match Solucious’ delivery rules
    3. Any issues are shown immediately so adjustments can be made.
    4. Apicbase also checks live stock on the Solucious side:
      1. If an item is low in stock, the user is alerted
      2. If an item is unavailable, the user can remove or adjust quantities before placing the order
      3. These checks help ensure that orders sent from Apicbase are accurate and accepted the first time.
