2. Product Assortment
- How it works: Solucious provides its product data through a secure connection. Apicbase processes this data using the Assortment Manager, allowing you to work with clean, well-structured product information and manage your own outlet-specific assortments.

3. Ordering Details
With the Solucious integration, customers can send orders directly from Apicbase to the Solucious ERP system.- Some items can only be ordered in predefined quantities (e.g., in packs of 6). Apicbase enforces this automatically
- Apicbase shows the Solucious price tier applied to a product, helping customers understand:
- Whether special prices or volume discounts apply
- How pricing differs across outlets
- Icons appear both in ingredient details and on the procurement screen.
- Before sending an order Apicbase checks
- Whether delivery is possible on the selected date for this customer
- Whether conditions match Solucious’ delivery rules
- Any issues are shown immediately so adjustments can be made.
- Apicbase also checks live stock on the Solucious side:
- If an item is low in stock, the user is alerted
- If an item is unavailable, the user can remove or adjust quantities before placing the order
- These checks help ensure that orders sent from Apicbase are accurate and accepted the first time.
4. Onboarding
To activate the Solucious integration in Apicbase, follow the steps below.
- You must have a Solucious account to use this integration
- Your CSM will enable the integration in your library and turn on integrated ordering.
- Email your account manager at Solucious informing them you want the integration with Apicbase and please make sure you have your CSM in CC.
- You will need to obtain your Solucious Partner ID which will be your customer number used in Apicbase.
- During the initial set up your CSM will be involved to ensure everything is set up correctly.
- Once the PartnerID is saved, the Assortment Manager appears in the Procurement module where you can:
- Create assortment lists
- Link products to outlets
