NCR Aloha

Connect NCR Aloha POS to Apicbase to import sales data for recipe costing and performance analysis.

When to use this integration

Use this integration if your business runs on NCR Aloha POS and you want to sync sales data into Apicbase. This integration is not commonly used and has limited functionality.

1. What data is synced

The NCR Aloha POS integration supports:

  • Sales data only

Product data, categories, and location data are not synced. Recipes must be linked to PLUs manually before sales data can be processed.

2. Requirements and limitations

Note the following before setting up the integration:

  • Only NCR Aloha POS is supported. NCR Aloha Silver is not supported.

  • The customer must run Aloha version 12.3 or higher.

  • The Pulse API must be enabled. This is a paid service.

  • The integration is only supported via NFS Technology in the UK.

  • A signed Data Release document is required.

3. Set up the NCR Aloha POS integration

  1. Ask NFS Technology to enable the Pulse API and provision a Pulse Store ID for your site.

  2. In Apicbase, go to Outlet settings > Integrations.

  3. Select NCR Aloha as the POS supplier and enter the Store ID.

  4. Once confirmed, sales data will start syncing into Apicbase.

  • For recipe to PLU linking and reporting questions, contact your Apicbase CS Manager.
