Connect Infrasys POS to Apicbase to sync sales and product data for enterprise-level reporting and cost control.
When to use this
Use this integration if your organisation runs on Infrasys POS and wants to import sales and product data into Apicbase. This integration is mainly used in enterprise setups.
1. What data is synced
The Infrasys POS integration supports:
-
Sales data
-
Product data
The following data is not supported:
-
Location data
-
Category data
Product data is fetched at shop code level.
2. Requirements and limitations
Before setting up the integration, note the following:
-
Infrasys is a global POS focused on enterprise customers.
-
A shop code must be linked to a physical location.
-
An outlet code can be linked to one or more physical POS units.
-
If no outlet code is provided, all sales data at shop level is synced.
3. Set up the Infrasys POS integration
-
Ask Infrasys to provide an API username and API password
-
In Apicbase, go to Outlet settings > Integrations.
-
Select Infrasys as the POS supplier.
-
Enter the API username, API password, and shop code.
-
Optionally, add one or more outlet codes, separated by commas.
-
Once saved, sales and product data will start syncing into Apicbase.
4. Support and ownership
