ICRTouch

Use this integration if your outlets run on ICRTouch and you want to sync POS data into Apicbase.

Contact your Apicbase CS Manager for assistance with setting up the ICRTouch POS integration. The ICRTouch POS integration supports syncing:

• Product data

• Sales data

• Location data

• Category data

To enable the integration, credentials from ICRTouch are required:

• An API key

• A Terminal Access Key (TAK) linked to your POS account

To enable API access in ICRTouch, log in to https://www.tillconfig.net/ and go to OfficeWeb Plus > API Access Controls, then set API access to Enabled.

Once these details are available, your Apicbase CS Manager will guide you through the remaining setup steps and complete the connection.
