1. General Information

  • Scope: Henning Broscheit is a regional fruit, vegetable, and dairy supplier operating around the Düsseldorf and Dortmund area. They serve approximately 4,000 customers ranging from hospitality to retail.
  • Region: Düsseldorf/Dortmund region

  • Integration Capabilities:
    • Automated customer-specific assortment

    • Weekly assortment synchronisation

    • No integrated ordering

Henning Broscheit supports orders via email, phone, and fax. Ordering automation may be considered in the future if volumes grow

2. Product Assortment

Henning Broscheit provides a customer-specific assortment, which is exported for each customer group.

  • Assortment Details:
    • The assortment contains only the items relevant to the specific customer.

    • While Broscheit offers around 4,000 total articles, only a subset is sent to Apicbase.

    • The assortment file is sent once per week, typically on Fridays

    • Each customer requires a dedicated assortment_sync_id, which determines which assortment file should be imported into Apicbase.
    • Henning Broscheit allows 1 assortment for a whole customer group.

3. Ordering Details

  • Integrated ordering is not supported for Henning Broscheit.

Customers place orders outside of Apicbase, using the supplier’s standard communication channels:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Fax

If ordering volumes through Apicbase increase in the future, Henning Broscheit may consider enabling automated ordering.

4. Onboarding

To enable the assortment synchronisation:

  1. Contact your account manager with Henning Broscheit or support@infact-wws.de and inform them you desire the integration with Apicbase. Please ensure your Apicbase CSM is in CC.

  2. Henning Broscheit will provide the correct assortment_sync_id for you.

  3. Your Apicbase CSM will add this detail into your library to complete set up.

  4. Once configured, the weekly assortment file will begin syncing into Apicbase every Friday.

Note: Since ordering is not integrated, no further configuration is available or required.
