1. General Information

  • Scope: Hørkram is one of the leading foodservice suppliers in Denmark and part of the Chef’s Culinar Group, one of Europe’s largest wholesale organisations. They provide a full range of food and non-food products (cleaning supplies, clothing, disposables, etc.), with a strong focus on food. The integration between Hørkram and Apicbase covers all of Denmark. It enables customers to receive a customer-specific assortment file and place integrated orders directly from Apicbase into Hørkram’s system.

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment Type: Customer-specific. The assortment is defined by the customer’s Hørkram account manager.
  • Syncing Frequency: Weekly sync, every Sunday at 13:00 (BE CEST).
  • Assortment Management: All assortment changes (add/remove items) must be requested through the Hørkram account manager.
    • Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment, or removing an item from a list created by yourself, doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
  • Prices: as agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products.

3. Ordering Details

  • Hørkram supports full integrated ordering through Apicbase.
  • Once the supplier integration is enabled, customers can build their baskets in Apicbase and send orders directly into Hørkram’s system.
  • Lead-time validation: If any product in the basket has a lead time that conflicts with the selected delivery date, Apicbase will notify the user and offer two solutions:
    • Split the order into multiple orders with different delivery dates, or

    • Choose a later delivery date so the full order can be delivered together.

This ensures orders are placed within Hørkram’s fulfilment constraints and reduces the likelihood of rejections.

4. Onboarding

To activate the Hørkram integration:

  1. The customer reaches out to their Hørkram account manager, and must CC nka@hoka.dk (Hørkram’s integration specialist).

  2. The account manager will submit the internal request within Hørkram.

  3. Once Hørkram’s technical team is informed, they will contact Apicbase at support@apicbase.com with the required setup details. Note: availability of the integration details are dependent on the supplier availability and schedule.

  4. An Apicbase Customer Success Manager will finalise the configuration in the customer’s Apicbase environment.
