GoodTill

Apicbase supports a POS integration with Goodtill. The setup can be completed by the customer, or together with an Apicbase CS Manager if guidance is needed.

Set up the Goodtill integration

Create a Goodtill user for Apicbase

  • Log in to pos.goodtill.com/app.

  • Go to Users > Admins and select Add new user.

  • Create a user with the following details:

  • Save the user.

Set user permissions

  1. In the users list, select Edit for the Apicbase user.

  2. Under User permissions, enable read-only access for:

    • Brand

    • Category

    • Sales

    • Ingredient inventory

    • Product

    • Product inventory

    • Modifier

Grant outlet access

  • From the users overview page, open Multi outlet admin management.

  • Make sure the user Apicbase has access to all relevant outlets.

Complete the setup in Apicbase

Once the user is created and permissions are set, go to Outlet settings > Integrations in Apicbase and enter the Goodtill username and password to authenticate the connection.
