GoodTill

Apicbase supports a POS integration with Goodtill. The setup can be completed by the customer, or together with an Apicbase CS Manager if guidance is needed.

Set up the Goodtill integration

Create a Goodtill user for Apicbase

Log in to pos.goodtill.com/app.
Go to Users > Admins and select Add new user.
Create a user with the following details:
- Name: Apicbase
- Username: Apicbase
- Email: integrations@apicbase.com
- Role: Admin
Save the user.

Set user permissions

In the users list, select Edit for the Apicbase user.
Under User permissions, enable read-only access for:
- Brand
- Category
- Sales
- Ingredient inventory
- Product
- Product inventory
- Modifier

Grant outlet access

From the users overview page, open Multi outlet admin management.
Make sure the user Apicbase has access to all relevant outlets.

Complete the setup in Apicbase

Once the user is created and permissions are set, go to Outlet settings > Integrations in Apicbase and enter the Goodtill username and password to authenticate the connection.
