1. General Information

  • Scope:  FiliusKaas is a Dutch cheese supplier that developed an integration with Apicbase. The integration allows customers to sync their customer-specific product assortment and send orders directly to FiliusKaas through Apicbase.
  • Website: https://www.filiuskaas.nl/

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment Type: Customer-specific. Only the products agreed with your FiliusKaas account manager will be synced to Apicbase.
  • Syncing Frequency: We fetch the latest data of the assortment daily (6.00-8.00h CET).
  • Assortment Management: To add or remove products, customers must contact their FiliusKaas account manager. Apicbase will reflect any changes as soon as FiliusKaas updates the product list on their side.
    • Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment, or removing an item from a list created by yourself, doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
  • Prices: as agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products, otherwise the standard price indicated by FiliusKaas

3. Ordering Details

FiliusKaas allows ordering with the regular capabilities of a supplier integration.

4. Onboarding

To activate the FiliusKaas integration:

  1. You must contact your FiliusKaas key account manager and Frank (frank@filiuskaas.nl) to request activation of ordering via Apicbase.

  2. You must specify which products should be orderable per location.

    • You may choose a single shared assortment across all outlets or separate assortments per outlet.

  3. FiliusKaas will coordinate with their technical partner to configure the product catalogue and provide the necessary assortment sync IDs.

    • Typically, the customer number per location is used as the assortment identifier.

  4. Once the assortment sync IDs are confirmed, your Apicbase Customer Success Manager will finalise the configuration in Apicbase.

  5. If anything is unclear during the process, you or your CSM may contact Frank directly for clarification.
