1. General Information
- Scope: The integration between Bidfood UK and Apicbase enables you to send orders directly from Apicbase to Bidfood UK, only for the United Kingdom (England, Scotland & Wales). This means your product assortment, pricing, allergen and nutritional data are synced automatically, and you can manage the full order flow from one central place.
- Website: bidfood.co.uk
2. Product Assortment
- Assortment Type: Customer-specific, only the articles inside your contract with Bidfood UK, agreed with your account manager, will be available in Apicbase.
- Syncing Frequency: we fetch the latest data of the assortment daily (6.00-8.00h CET).
- Assortment Management: to modify your assortment (add or remove articles), you must contact your Account Manager at Bidfood UK. Changes made before 15:30 are reflected in the next day’s price file and synced automatically to Apicbase.
- Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
- Prices: as agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products, otherwise the standard price indicated by Bidfood UK.
