1. General Information

  • Scope: Netherlands. Henk Smit offers a wide range of beverages, with around 3,000 products in their global assortment. Each Apicbase customer will receive a customer-specific assortment, configured per location.

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment type: Customer-specific.
  • Syncing Frequency: We fetch the latest data of the assortment daily (6.00-8.00h CET).
  • Assortment Management: To modify your assortment (add or remove articles), please contact your Henk Smit Account Manager. Each customer location will have its own assortment assigned by Henk Smit.
    • Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
  • Prices: As agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products.

3. Ordering Details

Drankengroothandel Henk Smit allows ordering with the regular capabilities of a supplier integration. You can create purchase orders in Apicbase and send them directly to Henk Smit via the integration.

4. Onboarding

To activate the Drankengroothandel Henk Smit integration:

  1. You should contact Hein Smit (Hein@henksmit.nl) to enable the integration.

  2. Drankengroothandel Henk Smit will internally set up the customer assortments per location.

  3. Once complete, they will communicate the appropriate assortment sync IDs per location (typically the customer number) with support@apicbase.com.

  4. The Apicbase Customer Success Manager (CSM) will then finalise the integration setup in Apicbase.
