1. General Information

  • Scope: Netherlands The integration between De Klok and Apicbase allows customers to access their De Klok product catalogue directly in Apicbase and to send orders to De Klok from within the platform.
  • Website: deklokdranken.nl

2. Product Assortment

  • Assortment type: Either a full catalogue (approximately 2,600 items) or a customer-specific assortment (< 2,600 items).
  • Syncing Frequency: we fetch the latest data of the assortment daily (6.00-8.00h CET).
  • Assortment Management: To modify your assortment or confirm which catalogue version you are using, please contact your Account Manager at De Klok.
    • Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
  • Prices: As agreed by contract with the supplier for the corresponding products.

3. Ordering Details

De Klok allows integrated ordering directly from Apicbase.

You can create and send purchase orders in Apicbase, which are transmitted automatically to De Klok through the integration.

4. Onboarding

If a new customer wants to use the De Klok integration, the following steps are required:

  1. The customer must reach out to their Account Manager De Klok to configure their product assortment.

  2. Once the setup is complete, De Klok will inform the Apicbase Customer Success Manager (CSM) that they are ready and will provide the customer number or assortment sync ID to be used.

  3. The CSM will finalise the integration setup in Apicbase.
