2. Product Assortment
- Assortment type: Customer-specific assortment, as defined and managed by the customer’s Brakes Account Manager.
- Syncing Frequency: The assortment data is synced daily between Brakes and Apicbase.
- Assortment Management: If a product needs to be added or deleted from your assortment, please contact your Brakes Account Manager. Only the account manager can make changes to the assortment on Brakes’ side.
- Note that asking your account manager to delete an item from the assortment doesn't delete it from Apicbase, it only makes the article unorderable. You can archive it manually in Apicbase if necessary.
- Prices: Prices are customer-specific, as agreed upon with your Brakes Account Manager.

4. Onboarding
To activate and get onboarded with the Brakes UK integration:

You must contact your Brakes Account Manager to request integration with Apicbase. Please also inform your Apicbase CSM that you wish to activate the integration.

The Account Manager will initiate the internal setup process with Brakes.

Once Brakes’ integration team completes the setup, they will reach out to Apicbase to finalise the connection.
