Easily connect your Agora Culinair account to Apicbase for automatic, customer-specific assortment updates across your locations in Belgium.

1. General Information
- Scope: Agora Culinair is a Belgian food supplier serving both B2B and B2C customers. They operate multiple locations and offer a total assortment of around 15,000 items for the Belgian market.

2. Product Assortment
- Assortment Type: Customer-specific, only the articles inside your contract with Agora Culinair, agreed with your account manager, will be available in Apicbase. There is no integrated ordering in this connection; orders continue to be placed via Agora’s own channels (e.g. their webshop).
- Syncing Frequency: Agora exports your customer assortment once a week, on Monday, including the prices for the upcoming week.
- Assortment Management: your Agora account manager will first configure your base assortment. After that, you can maintain it yourself via the Agora webshop:

Automatically added: All ordered items are automatically added to your customer-specific assortment

Manually add items: You can add items using the search function in the Agora webshop

Manually remove items: You can remove items using the trash icon in the Agora webshop, this will not remove items that you have already registered stock in Apicbase. For those items you would use the archive function in Apicbase.

3. Ordering Details
The Agora Culinair integration with Apicbase is assortment-only. There is no integrated ordering and there are no order responses in Apicbase. You will continue to place orders directly with Agora Culinair.
